Well, considering that it is usually (there are several subclasses) a very potent stimulant and is, basically, legal speed, no wonder

I tried some of these prescriptions on a few occasions (when I needed to instantly sober up after smoking) - the effects of a high dosage two pill punch are close to that of an E pill

And, again, it's legal
